Hi,

I have installed IBM MQ v8.0.0.4 on AIX, it is client and server architeture.

All the client users are in staff group, no one are under mqm group. When i am trying to provide permissions for user1, the same permissions are replicating to user2. If i remove for user1 same thing happening for user2.

Kindly help me on this

if i provide +clr permission for user1 on TESTQ. Automatically same permission on same queue is replicated to user2.

It's UNIX - generally, if you grant authority to an MQ object to a principal then all users in that principal's primary group get authorised! It's in the Knowledge Centre, including what is required to prevent that happening.
