why are you not using a SOAP Request Node to call the second flow?
What error are you seeing in the HTTP request?
Are you sure that the endpoint URL including the port are correct?
Don't try to solve this using the debugger only.
Using usertrace on both flows (Assuming that they are in different Execution Groups) will help a lot.
Adding one or more Trace Nodes before and after the HTTP/SOAP request and verifying that the ${Root} and ${LocalEnvironment} are setup correctly will also help? _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
