Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to open the Message Flow folder within the Debugger view:

BIP0404E The requested resource could not be found either on
the local repository or on the Configuration Manager.

The resource may have been deleted by another user.
The resource type was: Message Flow.
The resource name was: TESTER.
The URL was: http://localhost/developmq/ntmqw01:1415/QMCDN001/MessageProcessingNodeType/bdbbaa8f-ef00-0000-0080-973704c022c4.

Anyone any idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure you have in your workspace the TESTER message flow.

Cheers,

Thanks for your prompt reply

TESTER is a not existing flow.

Any idea?

I experienced this problem as well. It seems to be some sort of corruption of the private repository details stored on the Control Centre machine. I solved it as follows:

    1. Save your workspace to ensure you keep all of your control centre configuration and shut down control centre.
    2. On the control centre machine navigate to <WMQI_HOME>\Tool\repository\private
    3. Here you should find one directory for each configuration manager connection you have made, each named after the host name of the config manager
    4. Find the one which is causing problems at the moment and just rename the directory to something else (that way you can easily recover if anything goes wrong)
    5. Restart control centre and you should find that a new directory for the configuration manager has been created and all necessary of the configuration files have been recreated

You may have to remove from your workspace any of the objects that you did not manage to check in successfully before, but if you recreate them they should successfully check in now.

Hello,

I am working/developing on a client Windows 2000 machine. The broker and Configuration manager is running on a separate Windows 2000 machine.
I tried the suggestion you made about renaming the directory(on the client machine) of MessageprocessingNodeType to something else like MessageProcessingNodeType_old. I restarted the control center and now I get a different error when I tried to deploy ->forced.

The error I get is

BIP1550E: Unable to find required message flow document in the configuration repository.

When deploying configuration data, the document for message flow 'Tutor_debug_' could not be found in the configuration repository. Another document has referenced this document, and it is required for the successful completion of the deploy operation. The referencing execution group document is of type 'TUTOR_eg'.

The message flow document 'Tutor_debug_' has either been deleted or has not been checked in. Correct the problem and retry the deploy operation.

But on the message flow tab when I hit the debugger button and then click on the open resource button(yellow folder with two spheres green and red) I get the following error

BIP0404E The requested resource could not be found either on
the local repository or on the Configuration Manager.

The resource may have been deleted by another user.
The resource type was: Message Flow.
The resource name was: Tutor_debug_.
The URL was: http://localhost/developmq/10.254.1.143:1431/MQSICM/MessageProcessingNodeType/c32f8d13-f500-0000-0080-c41c088696b9.

I tried to start from scrratch and create a new workspace and new message flow but I still get the same errors.

The only thig I haven't tried is to reinstall the mqseries integrator client.

Any advice?

-Sean
