Maybe someday DFDL can completely replace WTX ... |
DFDL can parse any data structure that WTX can.
WTX may have predefined models that make it easier to work with certain data points.

My understanding is that WTX/ITX offers Industry Packs that can perform more comprehensive message validation than what DFDL currently offers, such as for HIPAA or EDI.
However, I don't work with it day to day, so I'll defer to anyone who knows better than I do. |

This page may not be up to date, but there is a Retail pack and a healthcare pack and etc. etc. etc.
