Hi All,
Have anyone come across a scenario wherein IIB flows are receiving duplicate idocs? Please share your thoughts on this issue.
We've recently migrated the code from WMB v7.0 to IIB, there are few flows which receives IDOCs from SAP and process them to the downstream components.
It's been noticed that migrated flows are receiving duplicate idocs twice or thrice exactly the same data. But SAP is generating the idoc only once, there is no specific pattern to this behavior. We have raised a PMR with IBM, unfortunately we aren't able to provide any service trace or RFC traces as this only occurring in the production that too not in any order.
We are still trying to hit scenario in lower environment, but we aren't able to replicate the issue.
Environment Details
IIB 9.0.0.5-IIB-AIXPPC64-TFIT10245
SAP Adapter 7.5.0.5_IF22

How do you determine that these are duplicate IDocs. Do you check the IDoc number? did you verify the IDoc statuses in SAP and has it effectively been transmitted multiple times? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

We are seeing same idoc number multiple times in broker and the idoc was sent from SAP only once.
The time difference between these duplicate idocs varies, sometimes within seconds or within minutes, no specific time interval.
Sometimes, there are errors seen as below in SM58 screen, but without any intervention they are all processed successfully. (not always)
"Rollback Fault: no message"
"check TID fault: java.util.ConcurrentModification"
"connection to partner broken" |

Does the full IDoc make it downstream or is this only a "log" thing?
Because I would expect that with errors in SM58 the IDoc would have rolled back to SAP... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

We are receiving complete idoc in broker. Even i guess the SM58 would have rolled back to SAP. At first instance it was consuming the idoc and for some reason it is throwing back an error to SM58 and which is trying out again.
I'm not sure what these error denote. |
