Hi All,
One of our IIB flow is unable to pull the files from external server through FTP input node using SFTP protocol.
We've recently migrated the code from WMB v7.0 to IIB, as per the migration plan we have deployed the V7 bar file into V9 runtime for this interface. Since then message flow is unable to pull the file.
Whenever external system places a file in their outbound directory, the flow is getting triggered, the file is consumed and deleted from the external server. The mqsitransitin\locks directory's date is modified in the broker server, but there is no evidence of the file received in the flow. Even the Locks folder doesn't have the empty file.
We have raised PMR and provide service & user trace, but still couldn't find the root cause of it. The trace file doesn't have any information about the file processing.
FTP input code configuration details,
Transfer Protocol: SFTP
Polling interval: 5 sec
Long retry interval: 300 sec
Retry Threshold: 0
Flow deployed in one server with 0 additional instances.
Environment Details
IIB 9.0.0.5-IIB-AIXPPC64-TFIT10245

Have you tried migrating the Flow to an IIB application and deploying that?
Yes it might not be in your migration plan but you need to get this to work so think outside the box and try a few different things. You may get something to work.
Now that you have submitted a PMR, you have a chance to try a few things out.
Go on do. Think outside the box. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |
