Can you please look into this issue. In command line it shows PSMODE=ENABLED. But still it complains of the above issue, |

No.
We can't see your screen.
We know nothing about your implementation (except that you see PSMODE=ENABLED somewhere).
What is the "it" that "complains of the above issue"?
What version of MQ?
What OS?
What have you already done to diagnose and resolve the issue? There's no point us suggesting things you've already tried?
What's changed between the last time this worked and now?
