I have a WSDL that I am trying to create a Message mode in IIB v10 Toolkit. I imported the two related xsd's and after running into some issues, at a suggestion, went and manually created the directory structure in the project to place the schemas. So I created ns20080814 and ns170. and moved each schema in that directory under the project. This is the directory structure.
Code: |
Directory of C:\Users\IBM_ADMIN\IBM\IIBT10\workspace\CheckHold_APP
06/07/2016 05:04 AM <DIR> .
06/07/2016 05:04 AM <DIR> ..
06/07/2016 05:07 AM 2,663 .project
06/06/2016 05:08 PM 210 application.descriptor
06/07/2016 05:04 AM <DIR> IBMdefined
06/07/2016 05:04 AM 925 IFX_FinancialTran.xsd
06/07/2016 05:04 AM 9,100 IFX_FinancialTransaction.wsdl
06/06/2016 05:09 PM <DIR> log
06/07/2016 05:00 AM <DIR> ns170
06/07/2016 04:59 AM <DIR> ns20080814
|
The line in the IFX_FinancialTransaction.wsdl that is failing is:
Code: |
<xsd:import namespace="http://services.tdgroup.com/ifxfintxn/2008/08/14" schemaLocation="./ns20080814/IFX_FinancialTransaction.xsd"></xsd:import>
|
Obviously, something is wrong. Any suggestions on what I am missing? |

Did you use the tool to do the import or did you enter the import by typing the text? The tool will force either import or the other key word and not allow you the import...
On top of the import did you have the namespace definition before the import?
Hope this helps some. _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

So, in the Tropical Storm we are having down here I went out to take the garbage out. Had to pick things up. Even with the hoodie I got drenched. Give a person time to think if you don't get aggravated from getting wet.
I was seeing this from the Project perspective, when doing the import, or creation of the Message Model from the WSDL. I never stopped to think of the structure from the file system when doing the import. So I found my WSDL in the file system, set up a ns170 and ns20080814 in the same directory and moved the two xsd's to there respective directories. I then created a new application projects and said 'create new message model from WSDL. This worked perfect and the project, in the 'navigator' and 'Application development' views look perfect and 'no errors'. It set up the proper directory structures. Thanks for your reply. |

Even when creating the wsdl from scratch I use 2 projects.
1 to create the wsdl (+ xsds) and one to import it into.
Works like a charm... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
