While deploying a message set in MB 7 created using XSD I am getting the below error.

BIP2871I: the request made by user 'mqm' to 'deploy' the resource '.......BAR file name.......(data of len 138 truncated)' of type 'BAR' on parent 'EXECUTION_GROUP_NAME' of type 'Execution

Can you pls suggest what could be the problem. The same BAR was deployed earlier but the same is now not getting deployed.

That is not the entire error message. Please quote it in full, so that we can see the reported cause of the error.

I assume you are only looking at the syslog. That's often just a summary of the error message, and can be truncated.
Switch on user trace, retry the deploy, then read the user trace. You *will* get a much more helpful error message.
