On our MQ 7.0.1 MQ Server, we see that amqfcxba is reading from the
following queues. This was a queue manager originally built as MQ 6 and
upgraded in place to 7.0.1. Windows 2003
SYSTEM.BROKER.DEFAULT.STREAM
SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE
SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.STREAM
SYSTEM.JMS.REPORT.QUEUE
MY.APP.DEFAULT.STREAM

On our new MQ server (Linux, MQ 7.5.0.6) we see amqfcxba has the
following queues open:
SYSTEM.BROKER.DEFAULT.STREAM
SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE
SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.STREAM

On the new server, what do we have to do to get the Pub Sub Engine to
consume from the MY.APP.DEFAULT.STREAM queue? The application that
used to be connected to the old server connected to the new server, and
we see messages accumulating in MY.APP.DEFAULT.STREAM.

On the new server, why doesn't amqfcxba have the SYSTEM.JMS.REPORT.QUEUE queue open?

Did you verify that the MY.APP.DEFAULT.STREAM was a member of the name list holding the names of the stream queues? See http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_7.5.0/com.ibm.mq.con.doc/q017130_.htm

See nameList SYSTEM.QPUBSUB.QUEUE.NAMELIST and you may also need to define a topic with the same name: MY.APP.DEFAULT.STREAM
