Hi,

I am exploring the IIB on cloud so I used 30days free trail version. I have one on premises with version V10.0.0.3 when I created one endpoint configuration I got one IIBIntegration Node named IIBSWITCH_NODE. When I tried to deploy one sample application on this node it is saying the node is in advanced (switch) mode u cannot deploy more than one application where as this is the first application I am deploying in both on premises and as well as on cloud.

My goal is to put the on premises and cloud integration services to be put in sync and one goes down other will serve the purpose.

I have not found any documentation on IIBoC switch node. If any document is also available please let me know.

The IIB Switch node is specific for use with the cloud. It funnels the communications between your local environments and the cloud. Don't touch it.

so In-order to make them in sync do I have to just deploy bar file only in cloud and not in On premises node?

so even if cloud is down for maintenance does my on premises still be serving my application.

Do not touch the switch node, unless the cloud provides you with the changes to apply. You may create an additional node on the box and deploy to that.
