Calling of map node outside of broker runtime. If we have multiple mappings then it creates a hugh overload on the broker runtime as all the map files gets deployed. So wanted to check without deploying .map files in broker runtime how can we call it during execution.

SO you're asking if you can call an internal broker process (remember that there are not really separate and distinct little nodes all running inside the EG) from outside that process?

Define "huge overload". What resource exactly gets stressed, and how does that stress manifest itself after the deployment has completed?

SO you're asking:
a) how can you call a mapping from outside the broker runtime
b) how a map node inside the broker runtime can access a map file that's not been deployed (presumably that's just been copied onto the file system someplace)
