You can work out the IIB Licens costs from data that is on the IBM site.
Sadly, IBM in their infinite wisdom make it very difficult to find.
If you find the right part number then you should be able to get the cost per PVU for the license.
Multiply that by the number of PVU's and you have the List Price.
That is the starting point for negociations with your Sales Rep. They will generally give you a discount. How much? Depends upon their sales in the YTD and the time of the year.
