Has anyone solved this?
Use the other form of the directory name; Progra~1 or whatever it is that doesn't have whitespace.
Ah, the spaces in directory names thingy.
This is why we specify that where we are gonig to do automated builds IIB etc is not installed into the default locations.
we use
c:\IBM\IIB
etc.
Even with explicit instructions and templates we spent far too many hours getting builds to work properly because of incorrect scripts where there were spaces in directory and file names. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
Well coming up with a strange question here... but does the user running the process (jenkings/ant) have all the right permissions to find mqsicreatebar and execute it?
Also you need to experiment some between the way you define your paths and make sure it shows them correctly:
C:\\dir\\dir2, c:\dir\dir2, C:/dir/dir2...
Sometimes var 1 and 3 are the only ones working. Be consistent and do not mix entries (bad example C:\\dir\dir2)...
