If you did not massage it, this does not look like a real IP.
TCP / IP error 104 Connection reset by peer... Are you sure you have the right port? Is the listener running? Are there enough channels?
Was this a telnet attempt from the remote host to see whether you are up?

This one just closed the connection. Could be that the idle time of the channels are not synchronized, or a firewall idle time is less than channel idle time... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Yeah, we are using the correct port. we have set Max Channel Limit to 65,535 in qm.ini file .and we are able to telnet from the remote machine.we are seeing this error intermittently. On the application side, it makes the connection after some time and then again see some defined Queue Manager generic error and connects again.

We have set HBINT(300) for each server connection channel. Also, we are facing this issue on Windows Server. Not sure if we have keepalive_interval and keepalive_time in windows too and we can set them to some value ( probably less than firewall time out but not sure what that value is ) |
