Dear MQers,
MQGem is pleased to announce the availability of the next version of QLOAD Version 8.0.2.
This version contains a number of additions including:
• The ability to target multiple destination queues
So, QLOAD can be used to copy/move the messages from one queue to multiple locations.
• The ability to provide the destination names in a single file
• Various new report options such as
- A progress indicator of how many messages have been processed
- Which MQI verbs are being used and their reason codes.
- The list of targeted destinations.
The program is available for download now at http://www.mqgem.com/qload.html
If you would like to try the program then you can request a trial licence by sending a note to support@mqgem.com
Regards,
Paul. _________________ Paul Clarke

It was a little bit of an uncommon situation, but I had the need recently to take messages from multiple sources and copy them to one destination. It had to do with the activity trace and wanting to copy activity trace messages of the SYSTEM.ADMIN.TRACE.ACTIVITY.QUEUE from say 10 queue managers to a holding queue on one queue manager. Just an idea for another enhancement, in case QLOAD does not already do this. _________________ Working with MQ since 2010. |

That is an interesting idea, thanks for the suggestion. If a customer with a QLOAD licence has that requirement let us know and we'll implement it _________________ Paul Clarke
