Hi
I am Using MQ5.2 and WMQI2.1.My Broker is running into AIX and ConfigMgr is in Win2k.
I created 1 message flow in my win2k box and deplyed with AIX borker, it is deployed perfectly.
Now i want to remove that message flow,using control rules i removed that message flow also.
Here my doubt is:
What about broker??? we need to delete manuly or!!!!!
How to delete that message flow from broker db?

Simply deploy again to the broker for
deleting the message flow within the broker. |

i think if u do like it will update the message flow.But my probs is different,
If i will try to deploy same msgFlow it is showing error like BIP2262E,BIP4041E and BIP2087E.
BIP2262E the message flow already exists,

For above reason, i created new msgflow and it is working fine.But i need to delete completely that old message flow form broker. is it possible??

Hello raj,
so far i know there is no direct way to delete a message flow
within a broker except to manipulate the broker database tables
which i would not recommend.
If you do a deploy of the configuration of your execution group
as it is defined in your configuration manager it is send to
the broker.
You may try the following to delete all message flows from
your broker.
In the Assignment tab check out your execution group.
Remove all message flows form the EG.
Check in the EG and do a full deploy of your broker.
After this there should be no message flows in the EG
when you make a refresh in the operations tab.
Otherwise something else is messed up within your broker
i would recommend to delete the broker and its database
and recreate them.
You can always assign your new message flow again to
the broker after its cleaned up.
