i would like to create a "command " Queue for our ETL system .
1 queue that the ETL system will be listening on .
this queue will be receiving trigger events from different queues with different trigger data fields . by this data the ETL system will know what Job to activate .
so i configured Queue1 that have triger on first message with data ETLJOB1 and trigger Queue is ETL.COMMAND
when i put message in to the Queue1 queue no trigger data sent in to the ETL.COMMAND queue .
what am i missing ?

A trigger monitor.
There are previous discussions on this area in this forum. It is well worth taking a look at them first. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
