Because of merging, We will pick up MQ AMS V701 to our existing MQ V7.01 environment
If we change an AMS , existing policy. Does it take effect immediately ? Do we need to do anything such as opening and close the Q or even restart the Qmgr ?
Just want to find out what's the impact of AMS changes on our MQ environment ? |

What have you tried? I would expect you might need to do a refresh security? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

We picked up the production environment and is still waiting for our own testing environment to be set up. So honest, I have not tested anything yet. We are keeping our fingers cross that there is no production issue for the time being. I search info center with no luck (perhaps using the wrong search word). I was hoping that some one who can point me to the doc or just share their experience. AMS is not MQ , I am not aware of any command to refresh security Cache for AMS. |
