Go to the Knowledge Centre appropriate to your version of MQ and search on the DEFTYPE attribute. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Use MQSC commands or the MQExplorer equivalents to display cluster informaiton. Search google for 'mq cluster channels'.
DISPLAY CLUSQMGR(*) ALL
DISPLAY CHSTATUS(*)
CLUSSDR channels are the manually-defined channels to a full-repository.
CLUSSDRA channels are the automatically-defined channels to another queue-manager.
CLUSSDRB channels are automaticaly-defined channels replacing manually-defined CLUSSDR channels. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
