Hi All,

We have two queue managers running on the servers. we are facing issue with the queue managers that the listener processes are getting stopped automatically for the queue managers.

Even after restarting the queue managers, listeners are getting stopped autocally.

I am seeing the below error in the qmgr error log.

AMQ5037: The queue manager task 'APP-SIGNAL' has started.

EXPLANATION:
The restartable utility task manager has started the APP-SIGNAL task. This task
has now started 173 times.

OS : AIX
MQ version : 7.5.0.2

Can some one help me to find out why the listener is getting stopped automatically. Is it because of some issue with the OS level PORT or is it an MQ level issue?

Thanks in advance!!

Well!

That looks like a previously unreported/undiscovered FDC.

I hope you've opened a PMR, and that you'll report back with more info as you get it.
