Is it possible to get IIB V9 developers edition for Windows 32 bit?
Regular download link takes to V10 and for windows, it only gives for 64bit .

It seems odd that you would need a 32 bit developer tool...
Are you running a very old version of Windows? Or on a very old laptop?

There are no 32 bit versions of IIBv10. On any OS.

Windows 7 is a 64bit (capable) OS and I really thought you couldn't make it 32bit.
The T420 has 64bit capable CPUs.
Not sure why you need 32bit.
