I am running WMQI 2.1 CSD03 on Sun Solaris. I have a problem that we deleted an Execution Group from the Configuration Manager, but somehow the Broker Database is out of synch and this old execution group is still running under the broker.
The execution group does not show up in the configuration manager anywhere, but when you list the processes running under the broker ID, it is running. Plus we are seeing this error in the syslog:
Jan 10 11:25:04 localhost WMQIv210[19312]: [ID 000000 user.error] (TEST.TEST1B)[1]BIP2228E: Severe error: /build/S210_P/src/CommonServices/Unix/ImbAbend
.cpp 401 signal received Abend file: /var/wmqi/errors/TEST.TEST1B.19312.1.abend action: abort
Can someone tell me how to remove any reference to this execution group from the Broker's database? I believe that is what is needed at this point. |

Do a refresh of your operations view and see if the deleted execution group still shows up.
Also try doing a complete deploy of your broker. _________________ Kiran

We have tried doing both of these. We have also recycled WMQI on both platforms. When the Broker starts back up, the extra execution group starts up, as well, with the same errors, but does not show up at all in the Control Center Operations Tab.
I believe there must be something in the Broker's database that was not cleaned up. The Configuration Manager database has no reference to the execution group at all anymore. |
