I have a flow which has file node and SAP request node with MQ output.
Which is working fine Now i m trying to Place http input node and expose this flow as web service , can some one guide me how to achive this.
problem is i dont have Data object in input message parsing.

You mean FileInput Node? Assuming you need to facade a flow that reads a file means that you need to create a file to trigger the flow...
