I need to trim all the leading and trailing whitespaces in element values and attribute values for incoming SOAP Message.
I was of the view that such option would be accounted for in the Message Model (present in previous versions with MessageSet - with the ability to Trim leading spaces or Trailing spaces or both).
SOAP Domain seems to be using XMLNSC parser and not providing with such a capability.
I am not sure how to accomplish the same in the recent version IIB9. Please suggest of any alternative ways to do the same.
Also there isn't a mxsd created for message model? Is this intended with later releases?
XML Schema does not offer any such feature, so it is not offered by XMLNSC / SOAP. It's a pretty unusual requirement, which is why XML Schema does not offer it.
Why, specifically, do you need to remove the leading and trailing whitespace? _________________ Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away, and you have their shoes too.
