Hi ,

We facing a critical issues for the past 2 weeks in SAP input node.

Scenario:

When client is sending the 3 or 4 IDOCs messages , we are getting just 1 or 2 Idocs in our flow. No exception or failure is raised in our wmb flow.

But in the client side , they are getting
"com.ibm.j2ca.base.exceptions.WBIsendFailedException" message
for the undelivered IDOCs.

We dont know how to solve this case. please help.

Investigation:

Later we identified that there is one more existing SAP inbound flow running in same broker is using SAME sap configurations(included SAME RFC program ID), only Message type differs. Upon Hunch, we stopped this existing SAP flow and then Client pushed some more IDOCs. this time also we received just 2 out of 6 IDOCS sent. But no exception in either side.

So further we increased the instances up to 10 get more messages from SAP. Ends in Vain. Not Fruitful results.

We enabled SAP trace ,but the logs are not at all created or updated.
Client confirmed that all SAP confiurable parameters are oK in their side.

Problems to reoslve:

We want to know what happens to remaining IDOCs sent. In all cases there is no exception raised in our WMB flow.

Is RFC prgram ID is cause of this issue. How we have to resolve that ?

Why the SAP log trace file is not created or updated,is there any specific procedure to configure it ?

Completely Miserable here ..

Thanks

You never confirmed from SAP that all Idocs sent were processed successfully by SAP.... Note: I said processed by SAP not received by SAP. Those are 2 different things...

How do you feel about laying out (describe in detail) the processing pattern?
