MQSeries.net :: View topic - XMLNS and XMLNSC parser domain in RCD of WMB

Hi,

I faced an issue wherein XMLNSC domain of RCD is leading to RCD failure for the below message,however XMLNS is able to parse the same.
Isn't XMLNSC supposed to parse it too?
Can anybody explain the strange behaviour and other possibilities?
