How can I use the namelist for trigger in mq?

I'm not even sure what that means.

Namelists are only ever used by applications. They aren't used by MQ itself.

Once you trigger a program, you can have that program read a namelist.

You can't use a namelist to configure a set of queues to be triggered.

You use namelists with clusters if you want a single qmgr to be in multi clusters

that's a cluster namelist (CLUSNL) not a namelist (DEF NAMELIST)
