there are operational modes available to the broker determined by the license that you purchase.
My company says that they standard IIB version, I installed them and checked with mqsimode it displayed me advance.
I can change this mode by mqsimode -o standard though I am confused, why should I change manually.. can anyone please tell me about this.
thanks

Because you understand and accept that it is not your job to leave your company in a place to fail a software audit. |

There is a single install that covers all versions of WMB or IIB. By default it is an Advanced install, which you can change to Standard or Express, etc with the mqsimode command to match your purchased licence. This way, if you ever upgrade to Advanced from Standard, or Standard from Express it is a single command to run (once you have the licence) and no uninstall/reinstall is necessary.
