Does anyone know off the top of their head whether, once a process has been suspended with a wake-up date/time, if the date/time can be modified?

The WebClient forces you to first resume, then re-suspend to change the date/time. This may work for manual suspend/resume on manual activities, but I want to modify a suspend date/time without running any automatic activites.
