Split from another post - Vamsi_MQ, please create a new post next time rather than tacking a completely unrelated cry for help on an existing post...
Q1: Did you 'remove' the S.A.A.Q by deleting it in a command console (runmqsc), or by deleting the queue file in that directory structure? (your post implies the latter);
Q2: Is the queue manager running, or did it end itself after you deleted the queue/file (see Q1 above), or did it work 'as normal', was then shut down, and now won't restart?
Q3: What 'flavour' of UNIX, and which version and FixPack level of MQ? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Great advice - tested it have you? In the case of someone actually deleting the queue file, shutting down the queue manager and trying to restart it with that switch? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
