Hi ,
How to change the date format in the mappingnode.
Iam getting the date format from DB2 in 'yyyy-mm-dd' this 10 char
in SAP it is 8 chars .Can any one help me out solving out this issue.

I assume you are using the MRM ? And the input and output dates are logically the same (ie. the same date but different representation.

Then you don't need to change the date format in the mapping node.

What you do is define how the date will be written in the output message set.

In the message set you can define pretty much any format you wish to write the date out.

You need to modify the Datetime Format field on the on the outgoing format properties (eg. TDS properties) of the outgoing element.
