Is there any way to run a command before Fileoutput node

Dear Experts,
We are placing the files on AS400 using fileoutput node there is no issue in placing the files but the target system is not picking up the files placed by FileOutput node which picking up the same files placed manually.

Here we need to run a command net user /user /persistent

Is there any way to run this command every time when Fileoutput node places a file on AS400.

Check what is the difference on the file when placed manually against when placed by broker? Check parameters like name of file, permissions on the file, group/owner of the file.
