Where can I find pdf´s about security for MQ and MQI?. What I really want is to denie some users the possibility of create queues or deploy workflows, etc...
In my opinion this is one off the most difficult tasks in MQ Administration.

You could use setmqaut command to give users, and groups of users, access to MQSeries objects. For more information on how to use this command please refer to MQSeries System Administration Guide.

There's a pdf in SupportPac MS06 (http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ts/mqseries/txppacs/ms06.html), though it's a little old now.

You can check out our product QN-AppWatch for MQ. QN-AppWatch allows you to define up to five different levels of authority so that you can assign different users with different privileges within the MQ network. You can further segment this to provide users selected views of only the projects they are assigned to. QN-AppWatch takes this level of granularity down to the message level. So in your example you can give the user the authority to view a queue but not have the ability to create, modify or delete the queue.

More information can be found on our website: www.reconda.com
