| After removal of the queue manager from the cluster do we need to refresh cluster on the removed queuemanager or no need |

Are following the steps documented in the IBM Knowledge Center on how to remove a queue manager from the cluster?

yes..In inforcenter it mentioned
I just want to know we have removed the channel to full repository but we are using refresh cluster(clutser) repos(yes)
It will refresh only local repository or full repoistory also |

If you followed all the steps in order and completed each successfully, there is no way for your queue manager that you removed from the cluster to communicate via MQ clustering with the Full Repository queue manager. So a refresh cluster command on the QM that is no longer in the cluster cannot have any effect on any remaining QMs in the cluster.

Well, I have seen it clear some last vestiges of the PR that I could not seem to get rid of otherwise... I always end with that command when removing a Qmgr from the cluster but not destroying the Qmgr itself. |

Agree. I always conclude removing a QM from a cluster by issuing the REFRESH CLUSTER command on that QM leaving the cluster. But that won't cause anything to "refresh" on the FRs or remaining PRs, since that QM is no longer in the cluster. And there is no reason to issue the REFRESH CLUSTER command on any other PRs or FRs in the cluster.
You might need to issue a RESET CLUSTER command if you need to remove a QM from a cluster and you can no longer access that QM to follow the steps to gracefully tell the QM to remove itself.
