Let's say you are getting following input message on the queue:
<Data>
<FirstName>ABC</FirstName>
<LastName>XYZ</LastName>
<SSN>000-00-0000</SSN>
</Data>
and you want to transform it into following format:
<Student>
<Name>XYZ,ABC</Name>
<SSN>000-00-0000</SSN>
</Student>
First read your input message as XML using your MQInput node. In a Compute node select "Copy Message Headers[/b] and write following ESQL code, which will transofmr the message:
Code: |
SET OutputRoot.Student.Name = InputRoot.XML.Data.LastName || ', ' || InputRoot.XML.Data.FirstName;
SET OutputRoot.Student.SSN = InputRoot.XML.Data.SSN;
