Hello,
I have a question on database connectivity from Message Broker during / after fail over of the database. (NOT message broker fail over)
We have Oracle database as user database and it is set within network cluster. So our DSN entry has the cluster dsn name and initially it is able to connect to the database.
Once the database fail over to the passive server, message broker flow is unable to connect to the database.
Do we know what would be the reason for this failure, or what steps needs to be done so that our message broker flow can connect to the database using the same DSN to the other server.

No we don't, because we have not been given any information except "it couldn't connect". What exactly is the error message?

Whatever the Oracle documentation says you need to do, combined with whatever the error message says is wrong. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
