Hi
I am able to build a SOAP fault with the mapping node, In the Detail tag however, I want to serialise a complexType , currently I concatenate each element, and that gets tiring, not to mention error prone,
In ESQL I could just ASBITSTREAM the complex Type,
Is something similar available in the mapping node? _________________ Regards |

Currently the Graphical Data Mapper does not provide a built-in function to perform a "as bit stream" serialisation of a complex type.
You can however call out to Java passing MbElement, then look to use MbElement.toBitstream(). However be aware of pending RFE

Alternatively you can call out to ESQL. Note this would require use of a REF parameter for your complex type. Please note APAR IT02034 |
