Hi guys, I have backout queues which sometimes have error messages .. maybe 5 or so a day. At the moment we use a manual process of using RFHUTIL to browse the message, copy it to a text editor and save it in .xml format to a folder for the support team to investigate. I want to automate all this using triggering and a process, and was wondering if there is a support pac or something else to unload messages off a queue 1 at a time saving them to a .xml format.

Thanks!
