I can see sample TimeoutRequest message in the info center or sample flows. Is there any formal doc on the message. I like to know what is the default if the fields are left blank or blank value is actually not allowed. What are the accepted value for each field.
Also If I have time control message earlier telling the the timeoutnotification node to kick off the flow once every 5 hours. Now I have a need to run the flow immediately once and have it go back to the 5 hour cycle.

I don't think the timeoutnotification will keep the old instruction (every 5 hr) when it get the new one (run NOW).
So Iill have to issue a run NOW message and then re-issue the run every 5 hour one again afterward. Is that right ?
