The MQ receiver channel in running status but in error log I can saw MQ messages sequence number issue.
Why the channel is in running status.  |

Is the matching sender channel running?

Hope you're looking at the Correct Logs , by that I mean, check the date and time of those logs and yes the channel name.
Check if there you see Retrying Logs.

Possibly because the sending end reset the channel sequence number?

Please clarify what you mean by this because your statement implies that there are separate logs for channel retry errors.

I am not sure if the OP has got the same doubt about 'which' logs to look into AND what/where are those log files where Qmgr writes the status of channels.
