Hello all.
Just a quick very general question. Within WorkFlow we have input our staff and assigned them to rolls. We have assigned coordinators to the rolls. We have done this in preparation for Modeling the processes in Workflow.
What we would like to do is design a very general workflow process model prototype using generic titles. For example "Coordinator 1, Coordinator 2, User 1, User 2. We would like to get the generic process working correctly and then plug the appropriate names into the Model.
Here's the question- Is there any way to isolate the prototype's staff and rolls database from the actual organizational names and rolls allready input into MQ workflow?
It would be much simpler to manage the setup of the prototype if we didn't have to scroll through hundreds of real user names that we wouldn't be using in the prototype.
Any tips greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

I can suggest 2 approaches:
1) Create a separate BT/RT DB so your good environment aren't contaminated by your prototype staffing.
2) Prefix your prototype user IDs, roles, and organizations with some unique - and allowed - string. When you're done with the prototype, use fmcibie to export all users, roles, and organizations, then using simple parsing logic to extract all prefixed IDs, roles, organizations and create a new FDL that contains those IDs, roles and organizations with the DELETE action, then reimport that FDL into your BT/RT environment...

Obviously, option 1 is far simpler...
