This is a loopback server connection channel.
Why would you set the local address to port 1414 which I suppose is the port of your listener?
What you are saying in essence is: Once the connection is attempted and before it is established make sure that it can only be handed off to ::1(1414) (equivalent of 127.0.0.1 for IPV6).
Now if this is the port you are running your mq listener on you do have a serious problem about understanding how TCP/IP works or how server connection channels work. Did you look up the meaning and use of the local address attribute for a server connection channel ,or any channel, in the infocenter?
Get rid of the localaddress entry on your channel or select a FREE port range outside of the range being used by your MQ listeners
Have fun _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
