Hi,

I am not able to create queue manager in MQ 7.1. I am getting the below error:

* Command: crtmqm -sa asdsad
****************************************
AMQ7077: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation.
exitvalue = 11

OS is Windows 7, 32 bit. I am trying to create queue manager from MQ itself.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Location: Somewhere over the Rainbow this side of Never-never land.
you need to run the 'crtmqm' command as administrator.

Use a command window but use the 'run as administrator' option.

HI Jithin,


Right Click on cmd prompt --> Run as Administrator

then it's working.....
