Hi,

LOCAL_TIMEZONE retuns me INTERVAL '-240' MINUTES. But documentation says "value returned

in hours and minutes
represeting displacement of current time zone from GMT

Any idea how will the value look when it says returned in hours and minutes?

I got the value only in minutes. So, can some one help me understand this.

The value you got returned is an interval...
Try and specify hours minutes for the interval and see what happens.
