Hello Experts,
Greetings!!
I am MQ bee, We had setup ssl for our cluster QMs. Now the CLUSSDR channels are in retrying mode. We have checked the errors, We find there key repository password has expired.
We have gone through all SSL docs , we didnt get a perfect solution.
can anyone tell us, How to change the expired password ? or How to recover expired password?
NOTE: We have tried following command.
$ gsk7cmd -cert -list -db "/var/mqm/qmgrs/QMSFBTA1/ssl/QMSFBTA1.kdb" -pw qmsfbta1
The password has expired.
and for changing password:
$ gsk7cmd -keydb -changepw -db "/var/mqm/qmgrs/QMSFBTA1/ssl/QMSFBTA1.kdb" -pw qmsfbta1 -new_pw qmsfbta1 -stash
An I/O error occurred.
Please help us!!

Well, if worst comes to worst, you simply build another key store and get a new cert. Current versions of GS Kit build key stores and the password never expires.
The question is, who signed the cert? |
