Hi,

The MQSeries*.rpm packages that come with the media/installation images now contain all the components for separately licensed components (MQAMS, MQFTE etc).

If I install these optional components as per the IBM instructions (basically rpm -i *.rpm) but don't use those components, are they considered subject to licensing for being installed and not used?

"Check with your IBM sales rep" but off the top of my head, I would say yes.
