As Paul Clarke mentioned earlier, there is a relatively easy way to solve it with MO72 / mqsc command working as an MQ client. You can easily set a userid for the connection channel and the necessary authorities as well.

I'm sure it works, because it was a task for me last week...

V8 runmqsc works as a client.

MS0S lets you execute (and edit and manage) MQSC scripts in MQ Explorer.
