Are you trying to view messages in a transmission queue?
Please explain why you need this?
Have you looked that the properties of the transmission queue? _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

John1,
Bear in mind that the more detailed and specific you make the question the more likely you are to get an answer. I suspect many people, like myself, have no real idea what you are trying to do. What data are you trying to see - messages or properties ? how are you trying to do it - with what tool ? what does 'didn't work mean' ? - did you get an error message or reason code, if so don't you think it might be relevant ?
Cheers,
Paul. _________________ Paul Clarke

I place the data in remote queue and data has been reached to local queue. But when I click on Browse message to see the data, I am able to see as RFH.
Note : In between remote queue and local queue there is pub-sub flow is running in message broker. |

Change the subscription to have PSPROP(NONE). _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Message Broker doesn't understand MQ message properties. Even in the most recent version.
MQ will translate between MQRFH2 and message properties based on the PSPROP setting and on what the application does.
Do not make assumptions based on the data you see on the queue. |

John, have you tried reading the queue using a utility which understands the RFH headers (such as RFHUtil). If you just read it using amqsbr or 'Browse messages' in MQ Explorer, you may well just see the data as 'RFH' which isnt much good! |
