Hi MQ experts,

Question : in my MQ subscription I do content based filtering.
However , the filter string I try to use seems to be too long.

I suppose this is because the limitation of the MQ_SELECTOR_LENGTH.
Can this value be increased ?

MQ_SELECTOR_LENGTH is 10K in length. This limit cannot be increased.

This is a very long selector you have.

It is fairly likely that what you are doing is not the most efficient way to process messages. Perhaps if you supply more details of your topic and selector we can suggest alternate ways of choosing which messages are sent to your subscriber that do not require anywhere near as long a selector string.
